Feinhütte Halsbrücke GmbH was awarded the title of Employer of the Future by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation ("Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung" - DIND), making it one of the flagships of the German SME sector.
In the multi-stage process, Feinhütte was particularly convincing in the areas of alignment and sustainability. "We are delighted about the award. It underlines our efforts to be perceived as an attractive employer in Germany. Metal recycling "Made in Germany" not only secures strategically important raw materials, but is also sustainable in many respects," explains the company's management.
The patron of the initiative is Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics.
