We gladly take it back.

We carefully process substances containing lead, tin and antimony, even if they have been contaminated with copper, and then pass them on for re-use. Substances such as dust, slurry and dross also get a whole new start with us, as do slag, salt and furnace deposits. We work reliably and in accordance with all laws and provisions. The benefit for you: You don’t need to worry about reporting the waste to the authorities or about transport approvals, disposal records or additional verifications. We do it all for you: digital documentation, guaranteed compliance with legal requirements and free of charge as part of the voluntary return programme as per Section 26 of the German Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz - KrWG).

Ensuring correct disposal is an issue that is important to any company that processes lead-free and/or lead-containing solders. The list of legal obligations for producers of waste is long:

  • Submission of a disposal record to the authorities

  • Maintenance of a verification log regarding the removal of hazardous waste > 2 t /a in electronic format (eANV - German electronic record procedure for waste management)

  • Reporting of the waste production to the relevant authorities

  • Transport approval for all transportation using an approved freight forwarding company with carrier number

Good for the environment. And for you.

For us, sustainable recycling is a top priority. In accordance with Section 26 of the German Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz - KrWG), we are permitted to take back any hazardous waste generated from our products. We provide the necessary containers free of charge. Not yet one of our customers? We will happily provide you with comprehensive, non-binding advice. We will also gladly send you the official approval notice for the exemption in accordance with Section 26 of the KrWG (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz - German Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act).
