In the demanding field of the manufacturing of measuring instruments, the focus is on the one hand on applications relating to electronics or electrical engineering and on the other hand on the industrial-mechanical processing of alloys and solders. These metals have completely different characteristics, making them suitable for use in different environments and temperature ranges. Specifically, we offer our customers consumable solders for low-temperature soft soldering (< 150°C) or standard alloys, including soft solders in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9453 or DIN 1707-100. Depending on the desired application, we also use our considerable experience and expertise to produce high-temperature soft solders with a high melting point of over 300°C. As long as technical feasibility can be reliably achieved, a distinction is made between lead-free alloys and alloys containing lead: Most high-temperature soft solders contain lead as a main component of the alloy. As a special provision in the absence of a technical metallurgical alternative, high-temperature soft solders with a lead concentration of 85% and over are considered RoHS-compliant. We provide our customers from the measuring instrument manufacturing sector with bars, rods, ingots and wires as well as sticks, pellets or balls depending on their requirements and application profile. Our experts will gladly advise you on the various formats and the specific possibilities that they offer.
