As a specialist supplier and partner for industry, we produce, develop and deliver an extremely wide range of different alloys: From special lead and lead alloys for radiation protection and for roof reconstructions, possibly also on listed buildings, right through to counterweights and trim weights for elevator construction and shipbuilding. This kind of work involves substance groups such as Pb, PbCu, PbSb and PbSn. We also provide special tin and lead alloys for battery production, which is a very dynamic market not least due to increasing electromobility. Our most important customers of white metals in the SnSbCu and SnSb groups include industrial customers who primarily use the supplied metal mixtures to produce sliding bearings and weaving board frames. Classic pure tin (Sn99.9 to Sn99,99) is also used a lot in the metal finishing and electroplating sectors, as is commercial lead (Pb99.94 to Pb99,99), other pure metals (for example Bi99.99; Sb99.65 & In99.9) and their derived alloys, which we will often adapt to meet our customers’ specific requirements.

Find metals & alloys

We have the right alloys for industrial applications:

Important customers of metals in the Sn, SnIn or PbSn groups include those from the wide application area of surface technology: These primarily include applications relating to plasma technology, metal vaporisation and other processes, such as those for functional surface coating in the solar industry, medical technology and biotechnology as well as the wide field of microelectronics. The measuring device construction sector is one of the other applications where our solders are used: For this sector, we produce solders in the groups SnCu, SnAg, SnAgCu, SnPb, SnIn, SnBiCu, BiSnAg and PbSnAg for pneumatic or hydraulic measuring systems such as pressure gauges. We also offer individual special alloys for trials, prototypes and pilot systems in research and development, which we produce in close collaboration with the relevant clients from universities or research institutes and departments.

Our product formats

Ingots
Blocks

Our ingots and blocks are available in different lengths and thicknesses.

Solder Wire
Cored Solder Wire

Solid wire and cored solder wires with flux made of standardized alloys and pure metals in diameters from 0.3 to 22 mm.

Anodes

High-quality sacrificial anodes for manual and machine soldering processes. Fast handling and fewer follow-up checks.

Sticks
Pellets

Loose-format anodes are the perfect choice for industrial applications thanks to optimum dosing and high efficiency.

Sticks
Rodes

Precise and homogeneous Sticks and Rods for the highest demands. Many diameters and cross-sections.

Studs

Every common soft solder alloy is cast in stud form without blowholes or bubbles for optimum homogeneity and quality.

Service

In addition to the production and development of high-quality solders, Feinhütte also offers its expertise and experience in the form of external services.

For example, we carry out solder bath analyses and also support our customers with complex solder bath management.

Using state-of-the-art technology, we also take on a wide range of laboratory diagnostics tasks - for example in the areas of quality assurance and development.

At the same time, we face up to our responsibility for the environment and sustainability: with professional reworking and processing of metals and alloys, we bring valuable resources back into the economic cycle - with comprehensive disposal advice, we offer our customers legal certainty - and the guarantee of environmentally friendly disposal in Germany.
