AOX255 ist ein speziell für den EMS-Bereich entwickeltes Weichlot, welches aus Zinn, Nickel und Germanium besteht. Dieses mikrolegierte EMS-Lot verringert erheblich die Kupferauslaugung und wirkt darüber hinaus oxidationshemmend. Dadurch wird eine stabile Prozesssicherheit erzeugt sowie der Verschleiß von Anlagenteilen als auch des Lotes selbst reduziert.
Einsatz als Nachsatzlot für bestehende Applikationen oder für HASL-Anlagen.
