Microalloyed EMS soft solder for electronics

AOX755 is a soft solder specially developed for the EMS sector, consisting of tin, copper, nickel and germanium. This micro-alloyed EMS solder significantly reduces copper leaching and also has an oxidation-inhibiting effect. This ensures stable process reliability and reduces wear on both the equipment components and the solder itself.

Delivery forms

  • Pellets (hemispherical sections)

  • Sticks® (cylinders)

Applications

Lead-free electronic solder, which was primarily developed for general use in the following applications and soldering processes.

  • Wave and selective soldering

  • Piston soldering systems

  • Laser soldering systems

  • Plasma and evaporation systems

  • Manual soldering

  • Immersion tinning
