AOX3571 ist ein speziell für den EMS-Bereich entwickeltes Weichlot, welches aus Zinn, Silber, Kupfer, Nickel und Germanium besteht. Dieses mikrolegierte EMS-Lot verringert erheblich die Kupferauslaugung und wirkt darüber hinaus oxidationshemmend. Dadurch wird eine stabile Prozesssicherheit erzeugt sowie der Verschleiß von Anlagenteilen als auch des Lotes selbst reduziert.
