Sn99Ag0,3Cu0,7 is a standard soft solder alloy for the EMS area, which consists of Tin, Silver and Copper. This soft solder alloy is known in the technical field as SAC0307 and is one of the most common consumable solders in the field of PCB and cable assembly.
