Sn99,95Ni0,05 ist ein Standardweichlot für den EMS-Bereich, welches aus Zinn und Nickel besteht. Der in der Legierung enthaltene Nickelanteil verringert die Kupferauslaugung maßgeblich.
Dadurch wird eine stabile Prozesssicherheit erzeugt sowie der Verschleiß von Anlagenteilen als auch des Lotes selbst reduziert.
Einsatz im Bereich der Leiterplattenfertigung (HASL) oder als Nachsatzlot für Wellen- und Selektivlötanlagen.
