Sn99,95Ni0,05 is a standard soft solder for the EMS area, which consists of Tin and Nickel. The Nickel content in the alloy significantly reduces Copper leaching.
This creates stable process reliability and reduces wear on system parts and the solder itself. Use in the field of PCB production (HASL) or as a supplementary solder for wave and selective soldering systems.
Delivery forms
Ingots with and without suspension
Rods Typ 3K (triangular) & 4K (quadrangular)
Massive solder and flux cored solder wires
Pellets (hemisphere sections)
Sticks® (Cylinders)
Other formats or products not listed here may be possible after consultation.
Applications
