Sn99,25Cu0,7Ni0,05 is a standard soft solder alloy for the EMS area, which consists of Tin, Silver and Nickel. The Nickel content in the alloy significantly reduces the Copper leaching. This creates stable process reliability and reduces wear on system parts and the solder itself.
Delivery forms
Ingots with and without suspension
Rods Typ 3K (triangular) & 4K (quadrangular)
Massive solder and flux cored solder wires
Pellets (hemisphere sections)
Sticks® (Cylinders)
Other formats or products not listed here may be possible after consultation.
Applications
Lead-free electronic solder, which was primarily developed for general use in the following applications and soldering processes.
Wave and Selective soldering systems
Iron soldering systems
Laser soldering systems
Plasma and evaporation systems
