Sn99,25Cu0,7Ni0,05 ist Standardweichlot für den EMS-Bereich, welches aus Zinn, Kupfer und Nickel besteht. Der in der Legierung enthaltene Nickelanteil verringert die Kupferauslaugung maßgeblich. Dadurch wird eine stabile Prozesssicherheit erzeugt sowie der Verschleiß von Anlagenteilen als auch des Lotes selbst reduziert.
