Sn97Cu3 ist Standardweichlot für den EMS-Bereich oder für Verlötungen von Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen, welches aus Zinn und Kupfer besteht. Dieses Weichlot wird im technischen Bereich unter anderem als SC3 oder Fittingslot bezeichnet und stellt einen der gängigsten Einsatzstoffe im Bereich der Kabelkonfektionierung sowie der Kupferrohrinstallation dar.
