Sn96Ag3,5Cu0,5 ist Standardweichlot für den EMS-Bereich, welches aus Zinn, Silber und Kupfer besteht. Dieses Weichlot wird im technischen Bereich unter anderem als SAC3505 bezeichnet und stellt einen der gängigsten Einsatzstoffe im Bereich der PCB-Bestückung und Kabelkonfektionierung dar. Einsatz als Nachsatzlot für Wellen- und Selektivlötanlagen.
