Sn96Ag3,5Cu0,5 is a standard soft solder alloy for the EMS area, which consists of Tin, Silver and Copper. This soft solder alloy is known in the technical field as SAC3505 and is one of the most common consumable solders in the field of PCB and cable assembly. Use as add-on solder for wave and selective soldering systems.

This alloy can be stored for at least 48 months if properly stored in a clean and dry environment. For massive formats, further processing is usually possible after the specified storage period has expired, but should be technically checked and approved in advance.
