Was ist SAC305 Lot?
SAC305 ist Standardweichlot für den EMS-Bereich, welches aus Zinn, Silber und Kupfer besteht. Dieses Weichlot stellt einen der gängigsten Einsatzstoffe im Bereich der PCB-Bestückung und Kabelkonfektionierung dar.
Welche Legierung ist SAC305?
SAC305 ist eine hochreine bleifreie Legierung mit 96,5 % Zinn, 3 % Silber und 0,5 % Kupfer.
