Pure tin and special alloys for special applications

For applications with the highest purity and safety requirements, we offer both pure tin (Sn99.9) and high-purity tin (Sn99.99%). It is used, for example, in electroplating, medical technology or for food-safe surfaces - thanks to its corrosion resistance and non-toxicity.

Learn more about pure tin

Not every application can be served with standard solutions. For special technical requirements, we supply tin alloys with a different or more complex composition - such as multi-material alloys like tin-silver-indium. These special alloys are ideal for research projects or smaller series.

The right format for your process

Tin alloys are required in various formats depending on the application and processing step. Whether as ingots for the foundry, wire for precise soldering processes or granulate for automatic dosing systems - we supply the right format for your process. Our portfolio also includes anodes and rods in special dimensions. Our focus is always on quality and processability.

Production in Germany

Our production takes place entirely at our site in Halsbrücke - with a dedicated team that produces quality with responsibility.

Consistent quality & traceability

Each batch is analyzed and documented in our own laboratory - for consistent quality and complete traceability.

Practiced circular economy & raw material recycling

We close material cycles and return valuable metals to production in a resource-saving and sustainable way.

Typical areas of application

Tin is corrosion-resistant, conductive, easy to form and can be alloyed excellently with other metals. These properties make tin alloys a sought-after material in electronics production, surface technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive industry. They ensure stable connections, reliable coatings and safe processes - even under high demands.

GreenTin+

Pure tin made from 100% recycled material

GreenTin+ is an ecologically sourced material of the highest quality that can be purchased as pure tin in the form of bars, rods, wires and anodes.

Alternatively, it is also available as the main alloy component in all relevant lead-free electronic solders.

Giving old metals a new use

For real sustainability

We convert metal waste into customer-specific alloys and thus close the loop. In this way, we not only relieve our customers of the burden of disposing of old materials in a proper and environmentally friendly manner, but also make an important contribution to conserving limited resources through recycling.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

SnAgCu alloys such as SAC305 are particularly common for soldering processes in electronics. Depending on the process, a lead-containing variant may also be useful.

The melting temperature depends on the composition. Pure tin is at approx. 232 °C, SAC305 at approx. 217-221 °C, Sn42Bi58 even at only 138 °C.

Yes, we return used materials to the cycle in a controlled manner via our take-back service.

Are you looking for a specific alloy and can't find it here? No problem, just contact us and we will find a solution together. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with the development of a new alloy according to specific characteristics.

This depends on the alloy and format - standard products can often be delivered at short notice, but we will agree delivery times with you individually for special alloys.
